The club runs throughout school holiday periods, offering a variety of structured activities every day, led by our experienced and friendly staff. What We Offer: Our Holiday Club runs throughout school holiday periods, offering a choice of session lengths to suit different family needs. Children will enjoy a wide variety of structured activities led by our experienced and friendly staff, ensuring every day is filled with fun, learning and plenty of opportunities to stay active. Key Features Include: Diverse Activities: Each day will be carefully planned to offer a variety of experiences. Children will take part in arts and crafts, themed projects, outdoor games and a broad mix of sports. We keep things fair, balanced and inclusive, while recognising that some children enjoy competition-based activities and sports events. Our approach ensures every child has the chance to join in, try new things and feel proud of what they achieve. Familiar Faces: Many of our staff already work within local schools and are well known to children and families in the area. At Brooklands Primary School, our team currently delivers PE lessons, after school clubs, lunchtime activities and Wraparound Care. This familiarity helps children to settle quickly and feel confident in the Holiday Club environment, as they will recognise staff they already know and trust. Food and Nutrition: We offer an optional breakfast in the morning, which includes toast with spreads, fruit such as bananas or apples, and a choice of cereals, served with milk or an alternative if required. Children bring their own packed lunch and snacks, with staff checking to ensure our nut free policy is followed and food is safe for all. Parents are asked to inform us of any dietary requirements, and we accommodate these wherever possible and reasonable. Fresh water access is always available so children can drink freely throughout the day. All of the above is monitored by the Food Standards Agency and local inspectors, and we are proud to have received 5 stars on each of our visits at other sites. Flexible Booking: We understand every family’s schedule is different, which is why we offer a range of options. However, booking early and securing your child’s place upfront is important, as it helps us prepare effectively. Early bookings allow us to get staffing ratios right, plan activities and resources properly, and ensure food and equipment are ready to give the children the best possible experience. Pricing Options Full Day: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (£25 per child) Add – Early Drop-Off: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (£3.50 per child) Add – Late Pick-Up: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (£3.50 per child) (*Late collection fees apply, found in our Terms and Conditions.)
